When you secure a room — at the same moment you sign the contract and pay the deposit to the renter. Browsing, matching and viewings are free.

To EasyRoomMatch. Rent and deposit go directly to the renter.
Is the fee refundable?
No — it's a one-time fee for a service that starts the moment we begin working on your case. What you do get is our first-month guarantee: if the room doesn't work out, we find you another one at no extra cost.
What does the first-month guarantee cover?
If you're not happy with the room during your first month, we restart the search and find you a new verified one without charging the fee again. It covers our search and support — not rent or deposit already paid to the renter.
